Ashley Marlow is a passionate advocate for supporting families and children in her community. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Blue Ridge Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her journey in early childhood education and family development has been fulfilling and inspiring.
For 15 years, Ashley proudly owned and operated Little Blessings Learning Center, a Five-Star Child Care Program in Transylvania County. During this time, she worked closely with families to create a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. Helping families thrive and watching children grow has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
In addition to her work in early childhood education, Ashley has a deep love for farming, planting, and animal rescue. These passions, along with spending quality time with her husband and three sons, keep her grounded and connected to the natural world.
As a coach and mentor for early childhood educators and families, Ashley is committed to guiding them in creating safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environments for young learners. She believes that when educators and families are supported and empowered, they can make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of the children they serve.
